Graeme started his Human Resources career in the Financial Services sector culminating in his taking a significant leadership role for the HR Consultancy Services in New Zealand’s largest bank. He then ran his own HR Consultancy, undertaking assignments primarily for blue chip companies.
Graeme was approached in 2002, regarding a career in executive recruitment.
In 2005, he was appointed General Manager for the Wellington office of Momentum, a well-respected national recruitment consultancy in New Zealand, while continuing to recruit at the executive level.
In 2014, Graeme and his business partner Tony Walsh created SandriWalsh with a focus of Executive Search and Interim Management which includes leadership roles at all levels across most sectors.
Graeme has developed strong relationships across our client and candidate bases, focused on developing business opportunities nationally. He is a member of Human Resources institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
