Sean has joined the Taplow Group following our New Zealand partner company SWR Groups successful merger in April 2019 with Rothley Executive Search established by Sean in 2015.  Sean has extensive experience managing search and recruitment processes for executive, director and functional senior management positions in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors. His depth of understanding and personal experience of leadership, business and recruitment is backed by a strong track record in the executive search and recruitment industry in leadership, consulting and relationship management roles.

Before establishing Rothley in 2015, Sean was the Director at Robert Walters in Wellington for nine years. In this role, he was responsible for establishing operations in Wellington and growing the business to 35 staff and 200 contractors across five specialist practices.
