Tony’s professional career prior to recruitment includes executive and non-executive roles with large national and multinational corporations, primarily in the sales, marketing and management disciplines across the construction, pharmaceutical and technology sectors
Started in recruitment in 1998, ending up as General Manager for Wellington in one of NZ’s largest privately owned companies, but always holding responsibility for Executive Recruitment for that entity.
In 2014, Tony and his business partner, Graeme Sandri, created SandriWalsh, with a focus of Executive Search and Interim Management that includes leadership roles at all levels across most sectors.
Tony has a Bachelor of Arts degree.
