Our offices were established in New Zealand in 2014 as an executive search consultancy specializing at the senior/executive level across New Zealand.  Leadership is about inspiring the team to achieve more than they could as individuals.  Finding those leaders is what we do. Whether it is a CEO or a direct report to the CEO, our candidates have to be a leader, not a pied piper. Entrepreneurs are pied pipers. They play seductive melodies and entice people into following them. Leadership is different. It calls for keeping a watchful eye on the business and making sure everyone understands what must get done. And creating a sense of urgency about that.

We assist our clients to find that special leader who can problem solve and see around corners - that is, to recognise well in advance what has to be done for the good of the business - so that the company is always leading the industry rather than trying to catch up. INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Interim Managers handle expected or unexpected absences of key people, manage the development of new programs, provide specific expertise on a part-time basis, provide assistance in crisis situations or handle temporary workload increases. There are times where an interim solution provides appropriate cover will a full executive search process is undertaken.  In certain instances an interim solution works better than a permanent hire - such as closing a subsidiary down or starting off a new business where the longer term need is likely to change as the fledgling business achieves some traction.
